چکیده

Nanosilver (AgNPs) can be synthesized using plant extracts that safe, simple, and environmentally friendly. Sweet orange contains flavonoids citric acid, which a bioreductor capping agent in silver biosynthesis to increase antimicrobial activity. AgNPs are then dispersed gel for acne treatment through peel-off mask preparation. Humectants provide moisture, prevent skin irritation regulate the viscosity of Propylene Glycol (PG) Polyethylene 400 (PEG 400) humectants combined obtain good physicochemical properties This study aims determine character effect humectant combinations on preparations. characterization was performed UV-VIS Spectrophotometry, Particle Size Analysis, Scanning Electron Microscope. The PG-PEG F1 (0: 100%); F2 (25%: 75%); F3 (50%: 50%); F4 (75%: 25%) F5 (100%: 0). physical-chemical test 28 days included organoleptic, viscosity, dry time, pH. results produced with maximum absorption nanoparticles at 435 nm, rod morphological shapes measuring 106 ± 10.6 PI 0.26 0.06. Statistical analysis showed combination significantly affected dispersibility, time preparation but nothing decreased increased dispersibility higher concentration propylene glycol caused become longer. Formulas 25%: 75% 75%: 25% meet requirements pH not significant changes during storage room temperature.

Development and characterization of polymorphic microsatellite markers for the sweet orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck)

The aims of this study were to develop simple sequence repeat markers (SSRs or microsatellite markers) in citrus and to evaluate the efficiency of these markers for characterization of sweet orange. We developed SSRs from a genomic library of ‘Pêra IAC’ sweet orange enriched for AG/TC, GT/CA, TCA/AGT and AAC/TTG sequence repeats. We selected 279 sequences from which 171 primer pairs were design...

Collection and Chemical Composition of Phloem Sap from Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck (Sweet Orange)

Through utilizing the nutrient-rich phloem sap, sap feeding insects such as psyllids, leafhoppers, and aphids can transmit many phloem-restricted pathogens. On the other hand, multiplication of phloem-limited, uncultivated bacteria such as Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas) inside the phloem of citrus indicates that the sap contains all the essential nutrients needed for the pathogen grow...

A proteomic analysis of the chromoplasts isolated from sweet orange fruits [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck]

Here, a comprehensive proteomic analysis of the chromoplasts purified from sweet orange using Nycodenz density gradient centrifugation is reported. A GeLC-MS/MS shotgun approach was used to identify the proteins of pooled chromoplast samples. A total of 493 proteins were identified from purified chromoplasts, of which 418 are putative plastid proteins based on in silico sequence homology and fu...

Transcriptome analysis of a spontaneous mutant in sweet orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck] during fruit development

Bud mutations often arise in citrus. The selection of mutants is one of the most important breeding channels in citrus. However, the molecular basis of bud mutation has rarely been studied. To identify differentially expressed genes in a spontaneous sweet orange [C. sinensis (L.) Osbeck] bud mutation which causes lycopene accumulation, low citric acid, and high sucrose in fruit, suppression sub...
